By signing and submitting this application to be a distributor of AlphaNutri(hereafter referred to as the Company) products; I hereby agree to undertake and abide by all of the Rules and Regulations as stated herein as part of my application terms and conditions:
1. I am at least 17 years of age, and I have not declared bankruptcy or have been charged with anycrimal offense.
2. I am an independant contractor/businessperson and I am NOT an employee or agent of the Company and that I am not authorized to act on behalf or bind the Company or its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers or employees in any form or manner.
3. I understand and agree that the distributorship is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of approval by the Company and is subject to review and renewal as per the Rules and Regulations in force at the time of my renewal request.
4. I shall observe all the Rules and Regulations, and shall not infringe on any laws, by-laws and regulations of the government or local authorities.
5. I shall honestly and truthfully represent the quality, value and performance of the Company products and to reflect the integrity of the Company through my actions, words and conduct. I will not make any false statements, claims or representations to customers other than those stated by the Company. Any staements, claims or representations made by me without the consent of the Company is prohibited and will be solely of my own accord and I shall bear full responsibility.
6. In sponsoring potential distributors under my network, I will truthfully and honestly portray the earnings potential within the Company plan and will not make specific or implied earnings potential or guarantees. I shall conduct my business in a manner that will enable all other distributors to build their business in a just and fair manner.
7. I shall not display or sell any of the Company's products at any retail shops, outlets or counters,shopping complexes or department stores without prior written consent from the Company.
8. I agree that any published materials, brochures, catalogs or magazines bearing the Company logo, trade mark, or trade name are the property of the Company. Any reproduction of the said properties without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
9. I agree that the Company reserves the right and authority to decline this application without providing and reasons whatsoever.
10. I agree that the monthly commission shall be paid to me by way of a direct deposit to my bank of account through an auto pay system.
11. I agree that the Company has the right and authority to take whatever action it deems fit and necessary against me at any time for non-compliance, breach and or violation of any of the Rules or Regulations or government laws.
12. I shall abide by all of the Rules and Regulations currently enforced by the Company, and agree that the Company reserves the right and authority at any time to amend, alter, add or delete any Rule or Regulation it deems fit and necessary without prior consent or approval by me.
